Long Help Access login is what you use Your login is your first name and last name all in lower case separated by a period (no spaces). The member/guest records have a first name (which is the legal record on your drivers license) and a nickname, the name you like to be called. The full name and the login both use the nickname, so if your legal name is Deborah Jones but your nickname is Debbie then your full name will be listed as Debbie Jones and your login will be debbie.jones.
